02 Drawing review

The complete part determines machine fit.

The homepage carries the concise capability summary. This reference explains the checks needed before a machine range becomes a manufacturing plan.

01

Workpiece envelope

Machine travel or turning range is only the first check. Fixture space, tool access, shape and workpiece weight also affect feasibility.

02

Critical tolerances

Identify the dimensions that control fit or function so the process and inspection plan can be reviewed around them.

03

Datum relationships

Features on different faces or setups must be assessed as one controlled system rather than as isolated dimensions.

04

Production requirement

Quantity, repeat-order pattern, finish and required date influence workholding, process sequence and quotation.
